You should receive your delivery in 5-7 working days depending on location.
All orders are shipped with either Fastway Couriers, Australia Post Inc Express Parcel Post or DHL. We aim to ship all orders that are placed prior to 1 pm AEDST on the same day, any orders received after 1 pm will be dispatched the following day.
All deliveries are made during business hours & require a signature upon delivery, so please keep this in mind when nominating your delivery address. We suggest shipping to a business address that is attended throughout business hours to avoid re-delivery attempts, all costs associated with re-delivery will be passed onto the customer.
If a business address is not available to accept delivery there is an option at Checkout where you can authorise for your parcel to be left at your selected delivery address without a signature, note that the driver will only leave at the door & no special instructions can be received.

Signing for Deliveries
All deliveries must be signed for unless you have nominated to have the parcel left without a signature (Eg. on your door step). We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours. Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. The cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers of the delivery address if unattended at the time of delivery.
Changing Shipping Address
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left our warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org or 1300 856 460.
You should expect your order within 1-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-3 business days for Priority Shipping, depending on location. Our warehouse team will do everything they can to dispatch your order to you within one full working day of placing your order. However, whilst we usually stock 90% of the items listed on bottle4bottle.com.au, inevitably we are in the hands of our suppliers. Consequently, delays can occur (please check when ordering). Items must be returned within 7 days of original dispatch date in its original condition and include all original packaging. This return policy is applicable for change of mind and lack of expertise for use of product, however, a restocking fee of 15% (or $15 whichever is greater) of the original purchase price will be deducted. We recommend you utilise registered post as we do not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send an item via non-registered post. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products not purchased through our online store and vice versa. We cannot exchange the product for a range not within our Herself & Co online range. Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please send it back to us. Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments Team and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight & restocking charges.
If You Change Your Mind
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. Please note exchange or refunds are only processed upon receipt of goods back to our warehouse and a restocking fee of 15% (or $15 whichever is greater) of the original purchase price will be deducted from your exchange or refund.
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
Incorrectly Sent Orders
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Herself & Co within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery, by email only, to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. If you received the order incorrectly, the property in the Goods remains the sole and absolute property of the Seller as full legal and equitable owner until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above. You will not be charged for re-delivery of items under this clause.
